Gluten-Free Corn Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cans (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
2 cups grated cheese
1 cup mayo
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 ten-oz. bag of mashed Fritos

Mix the first five ingredients in a bowl and chill. Stir in the mashed up Fritos corn chips right before you serve the salad.
